●Top Drive Carriage: Hydraulic powered for 500,000 lbs of pull from (6) pinion gear drive motor with adjustable pull down and pull up force with spring applied hydraulic release for safety and brakes so top drive will not free fall. Rotary drive with (2) pinion gear drives for 30,000 ft-lbs of rotary torque with a speed up to 130 rpm. Powered by (2) 700 hp hydraulic pumps with AmeriMex 1400 hp electric traction motors

●Derrick: 100’ tall with 55’ travel made from high strength steel construction, engineered for optimum, strength to weight ratio. Dual hydraulic 4 stage lifting cylinders with single strut from derrick to rig trailer for support. 8000 lbs swing crane mounted on top of derrick.

●Substructure: 16’ high,  by 10, long, by 35’wide telescoping sub for 14’ of BOP clearance, lowering to 13’6” when transported. 17 ½ “ slip bowl with hydraulic slips, make up and break out iron roughneck. Trolley system for removing BOP. 20’X 8’ drillers cabin on rig floor  

●Mud Pumps: (2) 3NB-1600 HP triplex pumps for 5000 psi working pressure, powered by AmeriMex 1400 hp electric traction motors

●Generator & A.C. Drive System: (3) 1000 KW, 1250 KVA, 480 Voltage powered by 16V-2000 G84 Detroit. Model 1000 A.C. drive system will control all auxiliary power to rig.

●Mud System Pits: (2) 1196 total bbl, 7’ 10” (H) X 45’ (L) X 10’ (W) each, (2) Derrick mud cleaning system liner shaker with desilter mounted on 1 shaker, (1)degasser,  (3) agitators and (2) electric 5X6 centrifugals mixing pumps.

●Water Tank: 400 total bbl, 8’ (H) X 40’ (L) X 10’ (W), with (2) 2”X 3” centrifugal pumps.

●BOP Control System: (5) station closing unit air or electric pumps, 11 ½” annular and double ram with 4 ½” pipe and blind rams, (9) valve choke manifold set at 3000 psi, with mud & gas separator.

●Drill String: 7500’ of Range 3, 4 ½” X-H drill pipe. (20) 6 ½” X 2 ¼” drill collars. 

●Misc. Equipment: Pusher and hands living quarters, floating reserve pump
