HiTex has announced the conversion of the 141 to 201. The HiTex 201 will be a 2000 hp Electric Top Drive Drilling Rig capable of drilling 18,000 - 20,000 ft wells.
The preliminary specification is as follows:
- 1,300,000# Hook/load
- 2000 hp AC Electric
- 500 Ton Top Drive
- 1600 hp mud pumps
- Closed loop mud systems available
